Sessions & packages

Packages are prepaid and valid for 12 months. Tiered discounts apply by package size.

Cancellations

Changes requested at least 24 hours before a session are free. Later changes may be charged.

Re-match guarantee

If the first session with a tutor isn't the right fit, we re-match you for free.

Refund guarantee

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session concerned.
