Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide tutoring: parent contact details, and for students only a first name, last initial, grade, subjects and learning preferences. We do not collect students' dates of birth or home addresses unless in-home tutoring requires it.

Minors

A parent or guardian must create the account and give consent before a minor receives tutoring. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the Family & account page.

How we use it

To match students with tutors, schedule sessions, share progress, send reminders and process payments.

Retention

We delete student data within 12 months of the last session unless a parent asks us to keep it.
