How do tiered discounts work?
The more sessions you book, the lower the per-session price — from 5% off at 10 sessions up to 25% off for 80+ sessions. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Can I use a promo code with a package discount?
Yes. Promo codes are applied after the tier discount.
What if the first tutor isn't the right fit?
If the first session isn't the right fit, we'll re-match you with a new tutor for free.
What is your refund guarantee?

Can I reschedule a session?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, right from your dashboard.
Do sessions expire?
