Vetted tutors

Every tutor passes an interview, a vulnerable-sector background check and our orientation training before meeting a student.

Session rules

• In-home sessions: a parent or guardian must be home.
• Public-place sessions: open, staffed venues only.
• Online sessions: AHALOOP meeting links only; no private messaging apps or social media.

Reporting

Any concern can be reported to our Student Safety Lead at safety@ahaloop.com and is acted on within 24 hours.
